Central Sparks

In 2020, I was approached to create the brand for the national women’s West Midlands Cricket team. Local heritage was an important factor in the identity of the brand. The colours of the brand are influenced from the local Black Country industry – A spark emits many differing warm colours; which we worked into the brand; and similarly, this is where the team also get their famous tagline ‘Sparks will fly’.
